All About the Shows

Major Conrad Flapps: Roving Performances

The world’s only human airplane, Clown Aviator Major Flapps, talks with a kazoo as he enlists passerbys (2-l0 people) as his signaler and flying crew for a brief flypast.

Fiddling Clown Aviator, Major Flapps plays stand-in-line square dances, sit-down square dances and forms a blues band with passerbys on various instruments he is carrying in his flight bag.

Motor Roving, Major Flapps, dressed as a clown mechanic, inspects and directs walking traffic for motor maintenance, wheel alignment and body shape.

Major in the Maritimes: Major Flapps dressed as a live, fiddling Maritime fisher, creates fishing scenes with passerbys as jiggers, dory rowers, cods, sharks, sea horses and ocean animators ("Eb and Flo").

Snow Show: Major Flapps skates or skis in recreational settings to kibbitz with passerby’s waiting for lifts, or on the slopes.
